BAKARWADI

INGREDIENTS

besan  1 cup + 2 tbsp
maida  1 cup + 2 tbsp
salt to taste
hing  1/2 tsp
haldi  1/2 tsp
chilli pdr.  1-2 tsp
oil  2 tbsp
mix all well, remove 4 tbsp for masala to the rest, add water to make a stiff dough, keep covered for 10 minutes.

for masala

til  2 tbsp roasted
coconut  2 tbsp  roasted
coriander pdr  2 tbsp
kaskas  1 tsp
salt to taste
chilli pdr.  2 tbsp or to taste
garam masala  1 tbsp
hing  1/2 tsp
haldi  1/2 tsp
ginger finely grated 1 tsp
imli paste  3 tbsp
gur  2 tsp
mix all well, add 2 tbsp flour

roll dough into bit roti, put enough stuffing , put water around the edges, roll tight, roll this lightly
cut into  1" pieces, fry in medium flame, drain & serve
this keep for many days.
