HEALTHY PANEER=PEPPER BURGER

INGREDIENTS

oil  1 tbsp
jeera  1/2 tsp
onion 1 big cut long
chilli-ginger-garlic paste  1/2- 1 tsp
green capsicum cut long  1
garam masala pdr  1/4 tsp
chilli pdr.  1 tsp or to taste
paneer 1/2 cup cut into thin long pieces
salt to taste
tomato 1 cut into long slices
cream  1 tbsp
coriander leaves   1 tbsp

for salad
onion, cucumber, carrot cut into thin slices  3 tbsp
mayonnaise   1-2 tbsp, mix both well for salad spread

To make paneer-pepper vege
heat oil in a pan, add cumin, once it browns, add onion fry little, add chilli-ginger-garlic paste, fry well for a minute, add capsicum, garam masala, chilli pdr, fry well for 3-4 minutes, add paneer, salt, tomato, fry for another 3 minutes, add cream, dhania, mix well, remove & cool.

butter  4 tbsp mixed with finely crushed garlic 1 tsp to get garlic butter
spread the garlic butter on the 2 halves of the bun slices, keep on tava to cook till light brown on the insides of the bun

to serve, put a lettuce leaf on the bun, spread the salad on the bun, add enough paneer mixture, ketchup, cover with the other half & serve at once.

ps- this is a healthy burger, as unlike in normal burgers, whee you've fried burger, you've plenty of vegetables, cooked in minimum oil, so rich in minerals, paneer as good amount of calcium, so also cheese.
