VEGETABLE OMELETTE

INGREDIENTS

besan  1 cup
rice flr.  1/2 cup
add water, mix well, make a thick batter, let it rest for 30 minutes

onion 1 finely cut
tomato 1 finely cut
capsicum 1/2 finely cut
green chilli 2 finely cut

add the cut vegetables to the batter, along with salt, 1/4 tsp haldi, chilli pdr. 1/2 tsp, mix well

heat a tava, grease well, make omelette putting little oil all around, once the bottom gets light brown, turn over and cook the other side till golden brown on medium flame
serve hot with ketchup/ chutney
