roti kheer

Ingredients

roti 4
banana, mango, apple cut into small pieces 1 bowl   OR
pumpkin and carrot grated 1 bowl
cardamom pdr.  1/2 tsp
milk  500 ml or more depending on how thick you prefer your kheer
sugar  2 tbsp or to taste
honey  2 tsp
nuts and raisins for garnishing

Method

keep the rotis in the hot oven for 2 minutes till crisp/ roast in a tava till crisp
break them, crush them in the mixie to a fine powder
boil milk, cook pumpkin & carrot for 5 minutes, add sugar, once sugar dissolves, remove
add rest of the ingredients, you can garnish with mango pieces too  OR
if you're using only fruits, add all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well, serve with nuts and raisins

ps- left over rotis can be used this way also.
