STUFFED PASTAS WITH WALNUT SPREAD

INGREDIENTS

round pastas big in size so that you can stuff well, handful, which shouldn't be overcooked

for stuffing
boiled corn   1 tbsp
capsicum finely chopped  1 tbsp
tomato finely chopped  1 tbsp
onion finely chopped   1 tbsp
cheese grated   2 tbsp
salt to taste
red chilli pdr.  1/2 tsp

mix all the ingredients well, stuff cooked pasta from both sides well, then lightly roll in your palm tightly.

for walnut spread
oil 1 tbsp
garlic pearls  3 chopped
capsicum   1 cup finely chopped
tomatoes finely chopped   1 cup
green chillies finely chopped  1 tsp
salt to taste
ketchup   2 tbsp
basil leaves  15
walnuts 8 halved

heat oil in a pan, add garlic pearls, fry lightly, add capsicum, saute, add tomatoes, fry well
add ketchup, salt, add basil leaves, as you cook, when you get the nice aroma of the leaves, remove from gas. cool slightly, then grind it coarsely.
to serve
toasted bread, you may slice the bread into small square piece.
apply the spread on the bread pieces, keep stuffed pasta 1 on each piece
spread some grated cheese on each
either microwave it for 1 minute till cheese melts, or place in preheated oven for 5 minutes or till cheese melts, serve hot  with some more spread or ketchup.
