STUFFED DATE SURPRISE

INGREDIENTS

imported dates ( as they're bigger, with smaller seeds)

For nut filling
mixed nuts ( almonds, cashews, pista, walnuts)  6 tbsp
butter  1 tsp
cinnamon pdr a pinch
mix all these together, micro high for 30 seconds.

For butterscotch filling
butterscotch   2 tbsp
nutella    2 tbsp
mix both well

For chocolate coating
dark chocolate  1/4 cup
sweet chocolate  1/4 cup
melt both in microwave for 40 seconds, or till it has melted, keep it aside

METHOD
remove seeds from dates, carefully, so that you don't break it, then fill them with nuts, then add some butterscotch filling in all the dates OR, in some, you may fill only nuts, in some butterscotch filling.
then roll them well in chocolate to coat them well, carefully drain the chocolate, place them on kitchen towels, then refrigerate them tills et, roughly 45 - 60 minutes.
serve decorated with finely chopped nuts, or small sugar coated sweets.
