RAW BANANA ROLL

INGREDIENTS
for the outer layer
raw banana cooked & mashed  2 big ones
bread crumbs 2-3 tbsp
salt to taste
lime juice 2 tsp
ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp
green chilli paste 1 tsp
sugar pdr.  1 1/2 tsp

mix all together, flatten them on greased palm.

for stuffing
thick hung curd/ cottage cheese crumbled well/ cream cheese   1/4 cup
salt to taste
ginger-green chilli paste  1 tsp
mix well.

bread crumbs about 1/4 cup to roll
black sesame seeds 2 tbsp
oil for frying

METHOD

in flattened banana mixture, put about 1-2 tsp of stuffing, carefully cover from all sides, roll long or into any desired shape well.,
roll this in breadcrumbs well, remove excess crumbs by rolling well again, then roll in sesame seeds lightly
fry in hot oil delicately till light brown on all sides.
drain, serve hot with chutney of your choice.

ps- black sesame seeds have 400 times more calcium than white ones, so very good for health.
