IDLI SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS

moong dal   1/2 cup
channa dal   1/2 cup
udad dal  1 cup
grated coconut   1/2
salt to taste

METHOD
soak all dals overnight.
then drain, grind to a fine paste.
add salt, keep it aside for at least 10 hours.
add coconut, grease idli plate with ghee/ oil, fill each idli plate 3/4
steam idlis for 8-10 minutes till soft & firm.
allow it to cool, slice each idli into 1/2 & sandwich with any chutney of your choice & serve at once.
