Raw Banana stuffed sweet parantha

INGREDIENTS
For stuffing
raw banana grated   2 cups ( when you grate, put it in water or it gets black)
sugar   1/2 cup
cardamom pdr.   1 tsp
ghee/clarified butter  2 tbsp

For dough
wheat flour   2 cups
pinch of salt
water to make dough

ghee for frying
cashew nuts & raisins for decoration

METHOD

in a heavy pan, add ghee, drain the water fully from raw bananas, add it, keep stirring on low flame till water evaporates & it is almost cooked.
add sugar, keep stirring till sugar gets mixed & the mixture thickens
add cardamom pdr. stir well & remove & cool.

make small rotis, like puri size, put enough filling, carefully cover it from all sides, then flatten with your hands, or lightly roll making sure that the stuffing doesn't come out.
in a hot griddle/ tava, add 1 tsp ghee, put the stuffed parantha, cook on medium flame till it gets well browned on both sides, adding ghee.
to serve, garnish with split cashew nuts with a raisin in between.
