FINGER ROLLS

INGREDIENTS

for stuffing
cheese  1 tbsp grated
paneer grated/crumbled  2 tbsp
celery chopped  1 tbsp
carrot finely grated  1/2 tbsp
capsicum finely chopped  1/2 tbsp
onion finely chopped   1 tbsp
salt to taste
chilli flakes  1/2 tsp
pepper pdr.  1/2 tsp or to taste
lime juice  1 tbsp

mix all well.

For covering
maida, pinch of salt, butter, make a soft dough or those who get pastry sheets or samosa sheets, may cut them into rectangles to use.

to seal 
thick maida paste

oil for frying

for garnishing
thin slice of carrot, capsicum, spring onion green, onion rings.

Method
In each rectangular sheet cut about 4/6" or so, in one corner, spread the filling lengthwise, apply the maida paste on the other 3 sides, then fold the smaller side little, start rolling tightly, making sure that the filling is well covered & sealed well.
deep fry in medium flame till light brown, drain in kitchen towel
serve hot with garnishing, tomato ketchup.
