MARINATED PANEER STICKS

INGREDIENTS

FOR MARINATION
hung curd  1 cup
cashew nut paste  2 tbsp
cream  1 tbsp
green chilli-ginger paste  2 tsp
coriander leaves finely chopped  2 tbsp
salt to taste
lime juice  2 tsp

mix all well.

cut paneer into 1"thick, 5"long pieces
marinate paneer pieces for roughly 30 minutes.
then in each paneer piece, put a toothpick
roll these sticks on breadcrumbs to coat it well

shallow fry till light brown on all sides by turning the pieces time to time, from side to side till done on all sides.
serve it plain or with some mint chutney
