PEAS-THICKENED MILK ( MAWA) CUTLETS

INGREDIENTS

green peas  cooked  2 cups ( mash it well in a blender/ mixie)
corn flour   2-3 tbsp
mix the 2 well, make balls.

STUFFING

thickened milk/ mawa  1 cup
sugar pdr.  1/4 cup
cardamom pdr.   1 tsp
cashew nuts crushed 2 tbsp
raisins sliced  2 tbsp

ghee/oil for shallow frying

mix all the stuffing ingredients well, make small balls
make slightly bigger balls with peas mixture.
put the stuffing, roll well, flatten it, so no stuffing comes out.
you can shallow fry the cutlets in a griddle/ pan, with little ghee/ clarified butter, till brown on both sides.
garnish with little cardamom pdr. & slices nuts on top.
