Zucchini Noodles with Shredded Chicken

Method :

Using either a spiral slicer or a julienne peeler, cut each zucchini into noodles.
Place the zucchini noodles on a paper towel and sprinkle salt evenly on it.
Allow it to rest for 5 minutes.
Wipe out as much liquid from the zucchini as possible using a kitchen towel.
Whisk the eggs and cheese until well combined.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium flame and add olive oil to it.
Add garlic in it and saute it briefly to enhance the taste.
Now, stir-fry the boiled shredded chicken in the pan.
Add zucchini noodles and stir until warmed through.
Reduce heat to low and stir in the egg cheese mixture.
Turn off heat and stir noodles well until it is well cooked.
Season with black pepper and mixed herbs before serving. Enjoy it!
