Method
Add the Greek Yogurt, crumbled paneer,
garlic cloves, olive oil, salt and pepper to a blending jar and get a
smooth creamy high-protein spread.
Toast the multigrain bread slices using olive oil, and toast until crisp in a pan/ tawa
Spread a generous layer of the high protein spread on the toasts.
Top it with chopped cherry tomatoes.
Drizzle some olive oil on them, sprinkle some salt and pepper and
finally garnish with some fresh basil leaves.
Serve immediately.
