Beetroot smoothie- aids weight loss- full of fiber and nutritions

Ingredients

1 cup cooked or raw beetroot (chopped)

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1/2 cup spinach

1/2 banana

1 cup water or unsweetened plant-based milk

1 tsp lemon juice

Optional: A pinch of ginger or cinnamon

 

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Adjust consistency with water or milk as needed.
