Carrot Gond Pak

Ingredients

Directions-
Heat little ghee  in a pan and deep fry the gond and keep it aside, crush it once cold. In the same pan fry dry fruits and keep it aside, add some, keep rest for garnishing.
Wash and chop carrot.
Pressure cook the chopped carrot along with milk.
When cooker releases the first whistle switch off the flame.
Once it cools down, open the lid and stir continuously till it thickens.
Switch on the flame and allow the mixture to simmer, when the mixture dries up, add mawa and fresh cream. Saute it for 4-5 minutes.
Add sugar and mix well until it turns into a thick consistency.
Add cardamom powder, crushed gond and dry fruits to it, mix well to combine.
Garnish it with almonds, cashew nuts and raisins.
