Ingredients for milkballs:
Cornstarch - 1 oz. roughly 29 gm
Milk - 3 fl oz. / 85 gm
Sugar - 1/2 oz. roughly 15 gm / 3 tsp
Method of preparing the milkballs:
Mix all of the ingredients together and cook on low heat until a sticky dough is formed.
This may take up to 2 minutes.
Remove from stove and give the dough a little kneading.
