Ingredients
 
½ a baked sweet potato 
 
½ a cup low-fat yogurt without additives 
 
½ a cup almond milk 
 
½ a banana 
 
1 tsp cocoa powder 
 
1 tsp chia seeds 
 
3 ice cubes 
 
Preparation:
 
Blend all ingredients together in a blender at high speed until you reach a smooth consistency. The result will be enough for 3 cups of this sweet drink.
