Air Fried Pani Puri/Gol Gappe
Method :
Boil some water in a pot, add the
sprouts and boil for no more than a couple of minutes. Lightly season
them with salt and a pinch of turmeric.
Take the unfried pani puris and lightly grease them with a few drops of oil.
Add these puris to an air fryer and air
fry them at 200’C for around 4 minutes or until the puris become round
in shape.
Remove the puris and lightly crack the
top, add the steamed sprouts and fill it with the flavoured water of
your choice. And enjoy immediately.
