SWEET RAGI ADAI

INGREDIENTS

ragi pdr.  2 cups
coconut grated  2-3 tbsp
peanuts/ cashew nuts coarsely chopped  1/4 cup
gur 1 1/2 cup
water  1 cup
cardamom pdr.  1 tsp
ghee/ oil for cooking
salt a pinch

METHOD

make gur syrup by adding water and gur in a vessel, strain once melted , make a thin syrup, add to ragi flour with rest of the ingredients except oil, dough should be thick
heat a tava, smear some oil, make adai on a plastic sheet which is greased, then cook on the hot tava, by smearing some ghee/ oil on both sides till brown spots appear
this is very healthy, full of nutrients- iron, calcium, proteins
