RAGI SPICY ADAI

INGREDIENTS

ragi pdr. 2 cups
coconut grated roughly 2-3 tbsp or coconut chopped into small pieces
onion finely chopped 1 small
green chillies finely chopped  1 tsp/ to taste
salt to taste
coriander leaves finely chopped 1 tbsp
curry leaves finely chopped  1 tsp
oil for cooking

METHOD

in a bowl, mix ragi pdr., rest of the ingredients well except oil, add little water to make a stiff dough
heat a tava, smear some oil, you can make adai on a plastic sheet and spread on the tava, cook adding some oil on both sides till brown spots appear
serve hot with some green chutney/ plain

this is very healthy, full of iron, calcium, vitamin C & E, to make to healthier, you can add some finely grated carrot/ beetroot also.
