CHOCOLATE-OATS COOKIES

INGREDIENTS
ghee   3/4 cup
castor sugar  3/4 cup
oats   1 cup
wheat flour/ atta  1/4 cup
cocoa pdr.   1 tbsp
baking soda  a big pinch
baking pdr.  a big pinch
chocolate sauce little
chocolate chips  2 tbsp

METHOD

beat well ghee and sugar till nice and fluffy
add oats, flour, cocoa pdr, baking soda, baking pdr., mix well
add chocolate chips, reserving a few to spread on top
grease a baking sheet, make small balls of the mixture, flatten it slightly, spread some chocolate chip on each, bake in a preheated oven at 160 deg. C/ 325 deg. F for 20 minutes or till done
melt chocolate in a double boiler/ microwave, spread on top of the cookies little, while still warm
to serve, you can spread some chocolate sauce on the plate to make some design and on the cookies.
