Swiss tarts


Swiss tarts

Corn flour  1 ½ cups                                          refined flr 1 1.4 cups
Icing sugar 1 cup                                               butter 1 cup
Vanilla essence 2 drops                                    glace cherries cut in half for decorating
Icing sugar for dredging

Pre-heat oven.
Cream together icing sugar & butter.
Rub in corn flour & flour.
Pipe into paper cups with 1 ½ cm piping nozzle & place cherry half in the centre.
Bake for 45 minutes or till done in a pre-heated oven.        
Dredge with icing sugar.
