Rasgola


Rasgoola

Milk 1litre       sugar 700 gm        water 530 ml       maida 15 gm       lime juice 1 tsp       cardamom pdr 1tsp
 Small square sugar cubes

Method
1)      Boil the milk, curdle it by adding lime juice, strain it in a cloth, making sure there is no water left.
2)      Add maida & mix well with finger tips.
3)      Make sugar syrup, add 1 tsp milk to remove the dirt from sugar.
4)      Make 40- 50 rasgoolas, stuff with sugar cubes & little cardamom pdr.
5)      Cook them in sugar syrup, after 10 minutes, add 30 ml water, after another 5 minutes, add 120 ml water, cook for another 4-5 minutes, switch off the gas.
6)      Cool & serve.
