Bombay cake


Bombay cake
Sugar 3 cups           coconut 1 grate & take out thick coconut milk      maida 1 cup         
Besan 1 cup           cardamom pdr ½ tsp         ghee 1 cup

Method
1)      to 1 cup of coconut milk, add sugar 3 cups,  maida 1 cup, besan 1 cup.
2)      Mix well, cook this in a heavy pan, stirring continuously adding little ghee as it thickens.
3)      Stir till it leaves the sides of the pan, remove, add cardamom pdr., pour on a greased plate.
4)      Cool & cut into desired shapes & serve.
