Ingredients
Scoop out 3 spoons of peanut butter in a clean container and add powdered sugar to it.
Mix it gently until it becomes a dough consistency. Keep it in fridge for 1-2 hours.
Take it out from the fridge and roll it
immediately into 1 inch balls. Store it in the fridge once again for 30
minutes.
Chop the chocolate slab into small pieces.
Microwave it for 20 seconds and stir it until it melts completely.
Stir the melted chocolate and bring it to room temperature, ensure it is of pouring consistency.
Dip the peanut butter balls with a fork
in the melted chocolate and take it out on a butter paper.
Once it cools down, dip it once again and place the balls in the fridge.
Your peanut butter truffles are now ready to eat.
