Ingredients
1 medium banana, sliced and frozen⅔ cup reduced-fat milk (2%)
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ tsp ground turmeric, plus more for garnish
⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
⅛ tsp ground pepper
Preparations
Add frozen banana slices, ⅔ cup milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla, ¾ teaspoon
turmeric and ⅛ teaspoon each cinnamon and pepper to a blender. Process
until smooth, about 45 seconds.
Pour into a glass. Garnish with additional turmeric, if desired.
