Spicy and crispy brinjal/ aubergine

Ingredients

brinjal / aubergine 1 big round, cut into thin rounds
salt and pepper pdr. to taste
garlic 2-3 pearls finely chopped
chili flakes
lime juice
oil

marinate brinjal with salt, pepper pdr., lime juice and garlic for 10 minutes
heat a heavy pan/tawa add 2 tbsp oil, spread brinjal pieces, put the marination on top, cook till both sides are light brown, serve hot  with some chili flakes, lime juice on top, it goes well with rice preparations, roti and bread.
