RICE- MANGO PUDDING

INGREDIENTS

 eggs 2 ( for egg substitute see my earlier recipes for various options)
vanilla essence 1 tsp
rice flour  2oo gm
condensed milk  1 tin
mango pulp   1 cup
cooked brown/ or any rice 1 bowl or leftover rice
walnuts chopped  2 tbsp
baking pdr 1/2 tsp

Method
beat eggs well, add vanilla essence  and beat well ( or use the substitute- banana/ chickpea cooked water, measurements mentioned in my earlier recipe)
add flour, mango pulp, rice, walnuts, saving few for decoration
pour into greased individual greased  moulds or one big pan, which ever is convenient for you, bake in pre-heated oven at 180 deg. C for 15-20 minutes, the time can vary depending on the size of your oven and the voltage, so once well set, means it is done.
you can serve with some more mango pulp on top and walnuts.
