HEALTHY FLAVOURFUL LASSI



INGREDIENTS
Curd  1 bowl
Almonds 6-8 chopped
Figs 4-5 chopped
Dates de-seeded 5-6 chopped
Cashew nut 5 chopped
Rose syrup  2 tsp ( optional)

Blend all together well in a mixer till smooth adding little water, add ice-cubes in a glass, pour the lassi and serve at once, garnish with mint leaf.

ps- healthier if you don't add rose syrup, as there are natural sugars in figs and dates
