CORN CUTLETS



INGREDIENTS
Sweet corn crushed 1 cup
Bread crumbs 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Green chilies finely chopped/ paste 2 tsp or to taste
Salt to taste
Onion 1 finely chopped
Hing ¼ tsp
Bread crumbs to coat
Oil to fry
 potato boiled, peeled and mashed 1/2 cup

METHOD
Mix sweet corn with potato, onion, green chili, coriander leaves, salt, hing and breadcrumbs well.
Make cutlets in desired shape, roll in breadcrumbs and shallow fry in hot oil, drain and serve either plain or as burger between burger buns, on which you can put some sandwich spread, place the cutlet, onion and tomato rings, and serve with ketchup.
