CORN ROTI

INGREDIENTS
WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR  1 CUP
BLANCHED SWEET CORN 1/2 CUP
GREEN CHILIES 3-4 OR AS PER TASTE
FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES  1/2 CUP
HING 1/4 TSP
SALT TO TASTE
GHEE TO COOK

METHOD
GRIND CORN, CORIANDER LEAVES, GREEN CHILIES, HING TO A PASTE, ADD FLOUR, SALT AND MIX WELL, ADD LITTLE BY LITTLE WATER TO MAKE A SOFT DOUGH LIKE FOR ROTI. ROLL IT MAKE ROTI AND COOK ON HOT TAWA ADDING GHEE/ OIL TILL LIGHT BROWN ON BOTH SIDES. SERVE HOT WITH VEGE OF YOUR CHOICE AND CUCUMBER RAITA FLAVOURED  WITH JEERA PDR.
