SABUDANA/ SAGO LADOO

INGREDIENTS

sabudana  1 cup roast till it puffs up
coconut grated  1/2 cup
til/ sesame seeds 2 tbsp  roasted
sugar 3/4 cup
ghee melted 1-2 tbsp
cardamom pdr. 1/2 tsp

METHOD
roast sabudana till puffed up, cool
in a pan , heat 1 tsp ghee, and fry coconut till light brown and cool
powder sabudana, coconut and til together to get a fine powder
add powdered sugar, mix well, add 1 tbsp of melted ghee, and cardamom pdr., mix well and form ladoos, in case you're not able to roll, add little more ghee.
to serve, you may press a raisin or nut on each and serve.

ps- to make it healthy, instead of sugar, you may melt 1/2 cup gur/jaggery with a tsp of ghee, once well melted and little thick, add the powder, mix well, when warm enough to roll, make ladoos.
