EGG-LESS STEAMED WHEAT MUFFINS



INGREDIENTS
Ghee melted  1/2 cup
Castor sugar  ½ cup
Whole wheat flour  ½ cup
Baking pdr.  ½ tsp
Baking soda ¼ tsp
Milk  1 cup
Curd  ¾ cup
Milk pdr.  ½ cup
Nuts and raisins 1 tbsp
Vanilla essence ½ tsp

METHOD
Beat ghee, milk and cued well, add rest of the ingredients, mix well, reserving few nuts and raisins for garnishing on top. Steam in a hot steamer for 10-12 minutes or till done. OR you can cook in microwave for about 6-8 minutes, as it depends on the power of the microwave, the voltage etc. 
ps- in case you're doing in the microwave, at first it may seem not set, once you leave it there for 3-4 minutes, it gets done, so check after that only if it is done by inserting  knife to see if it comes out clean.
