Green Peas And Nut Halwa

INGREDIENTS

green peas parboilled, drained and ground with enough milk to a fine paste  2 cups
sugar 5 tbsp
walnut  crushed coarsely 2 tbsp
almond crushed coarsely  2 tbsp
khoya crumbled  100 gm
raisins  2 tbsp
ghee 1-2 tbsp
cardamom pdr. 1/2 tsp

METHOD
in a non-stick/ heavy pan, add 1 tbsp ghee, add the peas paste and keep stirring till it gets thick, add the nuts, saving little for garnishing, raisins, khoya, and sugar and keep stirring till thick. add cardamom pdr. mix well and remove from gas.
remove cool, put in moulds to get desired shape to serve, or you can press well in a round serving spoon and to get a nice round shape if you don't have moulds. serve garnish with nuts sprinkled on top. 

ps- inccase you want to decorate and make it thicker, you can serve with rabri or some mango pulp. To be frank to get the taste of the halwa, I'ld love to eat it plain without any fancy decorations.
