Nuts and cornflakes halwa



Ingredients
Ghee 3 tbsp
Nuts powdered ( walnuts, almond, kaju or whatever you’ve)  ½ cup
Fresh coconut grated  ½ cup
Cornflakes powdered ( plain/ chocolate flavoured)  ¼ cup
Milk  2 cups
Sugar  1 cup
Cardamom pdr/ ½ tsp

METHOD
Heat ghee in a heavy kadai/ pan, roast coconut well for 2-3 minutes on low flame, add nuts powder and fry till a nice aroma comes, add cornflakes, milk and sugar, cook on low flame stirring often till it gets thick, add cardamom pdr., mix well, serve garnished with raisins.
