TURNIP BHUJIA

INGREDIENTS

turnip  1 kg
red chilli pdr. to taste
garlic chopped  1/2 tsp
salt to taste
green chillies to taste
cumin seeds   1 tsp
turmeric pdr. a big pinch
coriander leaves for garnish
oil as required

METHOD

peel the turnips, boil them & mash well.
heat oil in a pan, add all the ingredients according to taste & saute for a minute
cover & cook for 20 minutes on low flame
serve bhujia with roti/ bread/ rice, garnish with coriander leaves.
