sweet paranthas

ingredients

atta/ wheat flour   3 cups
salt a big pinch
milk  1-2 cups
raisins  1 tbsp
dates   1 tbsp
nuts of your choice  1 tbsp
sugar to taste ( sa dates and raisins are sweet, you'll need less sugar)
ghee for shallow frying

METHOD
powder raisins, dates, nuts with sugar
make dough by adding salt, to flour, use milk to knead
cover and keep aside for 30-45 minutes
take some dough, roll it, put enough filling mixture, close well from all sides, roll it as thin as possible
heat a tava/ griddle, cook the parantha on medium flame, till brown spots appear on both sides, by adding ghee.
serve hot/ cold.

ps- to make it more nutritious, add some cottage cheese/ paneer with the filling.this can be taken for lunch box also.
