SPROUTED MOONG FRESH CHIWDA


INGREDIENTS
OIL  1/4 CUP
CUMIN   1 tsp
green chillies finely chopped   1 tsp'
poppy seeds/ kaskas 2 tbsp
cashew nuts   1/4 cup
raisins   1 tbsp
carrot grated  1/2 cup
potatoes  grated   1 cup
boiled sprouted moong   1 cup
lemon juice  2 tbsp or to taste
coriander leaves  chopped   1/4 cup
curry leaves  few
salt to taste
grated coconut  1/4 cup

METHOD
heat oil, add cumin, when brown, add curry leaves & chillies
add poppy seeds, nuts & raisins, saute for a minute
add potatoes & carrots
cook on low flame till doneádd moong, salt, coriander leaves
remove, add lemon juice
serve garnished with grated coconut
