HEALTHY BANANA BAKED SQUARES

INGREDIENTS

wheat flour/ atta   1 cup
ragi flour  1 cup
baking pdr.   2 1/2 tsp
sugar  3/4 cup
oil  1/2 cup
mashed banana   1/2 cup
vanilla essence  2 tsp
curd   1/2 cup

METHOD
pre-heat oven to 180 deg. C
grease a tin
in a bowl, add flours, sugar, baking pdr. mix well
add rest of the ingredients, whisk well
pour into a greased tin, bake for 30-40 minutes or till done
cool for 2 hours, then cut into pieces.

ps- you can add nuts of your choice, or mix nuts and raisins
