Shrikhand



Ingredients

hung curd  1 cup
cardamom pdr.  1 tsp
few saffron strands soaked in milk  2 tbsp
castor sugar  to taste
almonds, pista or any other nuts of your choice chopped for garnishing

Method
combine all the ingredients and mix well
chill for a few hours in the fridge
serve chilled garnish with almonds and pista
you may also add fruits like mango, pineapple, oranges, to make it fruit flavoured shrikhand
this goes well with puri, roti, toasted bread or simply eat it plain, if you've a sweet tooth like me !
