Mango Fondue

Ingredients

butter  1 tbsp
all purpose flour/ maida  2 tbsp
coconut milk  200 ml
mango pulp  1 cup
ginger finely grated  1/2 tsp
pepper pdr.  1/2- 1 tsp
sugar  2 tsp or to taste
Marie/ Digestive biscuits, brownies/cakes/ spicy crackers to serve

Method
heat a pan, met butter, fry the flour till light brown, add coconut milk, keep whisking till well mixed, add mango pulp, ginger, pepper pdr. and sugar
keep stirring for 5 minutes till it thickens on slow flame
remove and serve with cakes/ cookies/ crackers and enjoy the delight !
