Mango moulds



Ingredients
mango pulp  1 cup , mix with sugar to taste
single cream  1/4 cup
 cheese spread  1/4 cup or you may use fresh paneer ( cottage cheese)
beat all well
gelatin  2 tsp soaked in water
whipped cream  1/4 cup
beat all this well again

in a mould, put cling film at the bottom and sides, then pour 3/4 of the mixture , cover and set in the freezer till 3/ 4 set

scoop out the centre of the mixture from the set cream

fill the centre with cherries and strawberries add some syrup also
put the remaining mixture on top, spread evenly

set for 30 minutes in the freezer 

unmould, cut into pieces, so the centre part can be seen, serve garnish with chocolate sauce around
