Broccoli Parantha

Ingredient

whole wheat flour  2 cups knead into dough using water and 1 tbsp oil

for filling
broccoli grated finely  150 gm or 1 cup
onion 1 finely chopped
coriander leaves finely chopped  2 tbsp
salt to taste
green chillies finely chopped to taste
ajwain/carom seeds  1/2 tsp
jeera/ cumin 1 tsp
hing 1/4 tsp
mix all well with your hands, mashing well

Method

take an orange sized dough, shape into cup, then put enough filling, then bring together the dough from all sides to seal it well
roll lightly taking care that the filling doesn't come out
roll all the paranthas in the same way
heat a heavy tava, put a rolled parantha, keep turning the sides gentlyónce when one side gets light brown spots, put some ghee/ oil to cook it on medium flame till both sides get nice brown 
serve hot with pickle and raita of your choice
