Mango Fritters With Cashew Nut Dip

Ingredients

ripe mango cut into thick long slices
corn flour as needed to roll the slices
bread crumbs and dry coconut grated as needed
corn flour 1 tsp, mixed with water to make a thin batter
oil for frying

coat the mango slices well in corn flour, by spreading the flour in a plate
then dip them in the batter, coat them in bread crumbs and coconut
and fry in hot oil, in medium flame till brown and crisp
drain and serve hot with cashew nut dip

For dip
butter  1 tsp
maida/ all purpose flour  1 tsp
milk  100 ml
cashew nut powdered  2 tbsp
sugar  2 tbsp
corn flr..  1 tsp
in a pan, heat butter, add the flour, roast till light brown, add milk, keep whisking so that there are no lumps, then add corn flr. mixed with little cold milk along with cashew nut pdr.,  keep stirring and mix well, add sugar, let it boil and thicken
remove and keep aside to cool
serve with mango fritters
