Pasta with cream

Ingredients

bow-tie pasta or whatever you've  2 cups
black olives  3 tbsp
onion 1 medium finely chopped
olive oil  2 tbsp
Italian herbs  1 tsp
red, yellow, green capsicum 1 each
fresh cream  4 tbsp
tomato pasta sauce as needed
water  to cook pasta
salt to taste

Method
chop the capsicums, onion and keep aside
heat plenty of water to cook the pasta, cook till it softens
drain well, run in cold water and mix some oil so that it doesn't stick to each other
in a wok/ kadai, heat oil, add the chopped veges, saute for a few minutes, add little salt, as sauce will have salt
add the herbs, fry for some more time
add the pasta and the sauce mix well, add water if needed
add cream and parsley, serve hot
