Healthy Sandwich



INGREDIENTS
bread slices  6
hung curd  100 gm
grated onion and grated cucumber 2 tbsp each, squeezed well
green chilli 1-2 finely chopped
fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
pepper pdr. and salt to taste
grated cheese as needed
butter optional

Method
combine hung curd, grated onion, cucumber, green chilli, coriander leaves, salt and pepper pdr. , mix well
apply butter if needed or simply spread the hung curd mixture those who are health conscious, on each bread slice, spread some grated cheese on each slice
you may either grill or cook on a non-stick tava till crisp covered, as cheese will also melt
serve hot cut into desired shape with ketchup or any sauce/ dip
