Healthy Spinach Dhokla



besan  1 cup
rava  1 tsp
spinach  ground with green chillies 2-3, salt & 2 tomatoes- 1 cup
baking soda  1/4 tsp
salt to taste, will need little as spinach puree as salt
chilli pdr.  1/2 tsp
lime juice  2 tsp
coriander leave finely chopped  2 tbsp
mix all well, add some curd/ water if required
pour into a greased plate
steam for 15-20 minutes
temper with mustard seeds, curry leaves, spread on top of steamed dhokla
you can spread some curd(optional), sev, green and sweet chutney and serve by cutting into wedges
