Cold Snap

Ingredients

carrots 4 big chopped
onion 1 chopped finely
butter  2 tbsp
parsley/ coriander leaves for garnish
cream  2 tbsp
water/ vegetable stock  5 cups
salt and pepper pdr. to taste

Method

saute the onion and carrot in butter till soft
add water/ stock, bring to a boil,simmer to let the veges cook for 15 minutes, add salt and pepper pdr. to taste
cool it, then puree, add some cream
refrigerate till it is time to serve
garnish with parsley/ coriander leaf and serve
