SPROUTS STUFFED VADAS !

INGREDIENTS

for making vada

udad dal pdr.   1 cup
fine semolina  3 tbsp
salt to taste
ginger-chilli paste  2 tsp or to taste
oil for frying
baking soda  1/2 tsp

mix the ingredients for vada, except oil with water to make quite a stiff dough, flatten it by greasing your palm quite thin, deep fry in hot oil in medium flame till brown, drain & keep

to serve
heat oil, add sprouts, salt saute for 4-5 minutes with salt, chilli pdr to taste

make a small hole in the vada, put the sprouts, add hung curd, tamarind-date chutney, sev, serve at once.
or make vadas & keep, before serving add the sprouts & other ingredients.
